Answers about membership, evidence tools, refunds and more — strictly educational, no legal advice
General Questions
Is TeleJustice Academy a law firm?
No. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, representation, or case-specific guidance. All content is strictly educational and informational.
Do I need a lawyer to use your materials?
While the guides and templates are designed to help you understand the process, we strongly recommend having every document reviewed and approved by a licensed attorney before filing anything in court. Consult a licensed consumer protection attorney before filing anything in court.
What happens if I file a lawsuit using your templates?
Outcomes depend entirely on your facts, court rules, the judge, and the defendant's response. We make no guarantees. Illustrated fillable forms: Templates are illustrative only — always consult a licensed attorney.

No. Refunds are based on satisfaction with the educational content within 15 days — not on legal outcomes, as we do not guarantee results nor do we give legal advice.
