If you are not satisfied with the educational content provided through your TeleJustice Academy subscription, you may request a full refund within 15 days of your initial purchase date.

Refunds apply to the educational content and materials only. We do not issue refunds based on legal outcomes, case results, or any other factors outside the quality of our educational content. TeleJustice Academy does not guarantee results nor do we give legal advice.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 15 days of your purchase:

Refund requests are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refund requests submitted after the 15-day window
  • Requests based on legal case outcomes or results
  • Requests based on dissatisfaction with legal processes rather than our educational content

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing telejustice@outlook.com. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
