News Release

IMPERIAL, Mo. — September 9, 2026 — TeleJustice Academy, LLC announced that the first five titles in its Consumer Justice Series are now available:

  1. MMPA Justice — Missouri Merchandising Practices Act
  2. California Consumer Justice — CLRA, UCL, and False Advertising Law
  3. Florida Consumer Justice — Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act
  4. Texas Consumer Justice — Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act
  5. New York Consumer JusticeGBL 349, GBL 350, and New York General Business Law

Those five states sit at the top of the nation’s consumer-complaint map. They are also the first five consumer justice playbooks in a planned 50-state library. The series does not teach readers to “write a review and hope.” It teaches a DIY lawsuit under the statute that already exists in their state.

The problem is the same in every market. Deceptive business practices. Misleading advertising. Unsubstantiated health claims. Product labeling that will not survive a reasonable-consumer test. Hidden fees. Bait and switch. Dark patterns in subscriptions. The law is not the same. Missouri is the MMPA. California stacks the CLRA, UCL, and FAL. Florida is FDUTPA. Texas is the DTPA, with its pre-suit notice trap. New York is New York consumer protection under §§ 349 and 350: false advertising in New York, a pro se consumer lawsuit, a small claims New York consumer filing, a demand letter in New York, the statute of limitations on GBL 349, treble damages in New York, and how to collect a judgment in New York. Each book is written to that statute, that court, and that service rule.

“RoboCall Justice taught people what to do when the phone rang,” said author Christopher Prosser, BA, AA, CLA, NP, Founder & CEO of TeleJustice Academy, LLC and Attorney’s Acquisitions, LLC. “Consumer Justice is the sale that follows the ring — the bottle, the ad, the warranty, the fee they never disclosed. If you can document it, your state already wrote the private right of action. These five books show you where it lives.”

Each volume covers the same arc in state-specific language: investigate the company, preserve evidence, map facts to the statute, send the demand, file and serve, use discovery, move for resolution, and collect. Educational examples show how a how to sue a company New York reader — or a reader in Jefferson City, Los Angeles, Miami, or Houston — builds a file a clerk will accept. The New York book also places a private claim next to New York Attorney General consumer complaints and a class action in New York consumer case so readers see the full field.

Release order follows FTC and state complaint volume, not the alphabet. Georgia is next. The remaining states follow.
