News Release

How I Built America’s Largest State-by-State DIY Library for Suing Telemarketers and Deceptive Businesses

My name is Christopher Prosser. I am a 42-year complex litigation paralegal, CLA, and the founder of TeleJustice Academy, LLC. I am not a law firm. I do not sit in a marble lobby and bill in six-minute increments. I write the books ordinary people actually open at the kitchen table after the phone rings or after the box does not match the ad.

That is the whole business.

For years the country treated illegal telemarketing and false advertising like weather. Annoying. Inevitable. Someone else’s job. The Federal Trade Commission takes complaints. State attorneys general issue press releases. Meanwhile the 701 still lights up during supper in Fargo, the 505 still spoofs “local” in Albuquerque, and the checkout page still hides the fee until the card is already charged.

I decided the missing piece was not another hotline. It was a library.

Two series. Fifty states. One rule: Knowledge Protects. You Decide.

You can see the store at The RoboCall Relief Store and the learning platform at TeleJustice Academy. The catalog lives here: Books & DIY Legal Guides.

Series One — The State Playbooks (the call that would not stop)

Series One is the telemarketing library. The national flagship is RoboCall Justice (Enhanced Edition): The Ultimate DIY Guide to Suing Telemarketers and Cashing In. That book is the backbone — evidence logging, investigation, complaint architecture, discovery, settlement posture, collection — written for people who have never set foot in a clerk’s office.

Then I did what almost nobody in this space bothers to do. I wrote the state.

Not a pamphlet with the state name swapped on the cover. A playbook that names the court, the service rule, the secretary-of-state lookup, the local forms, and the state statute that sits on top of the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

That is why a family in Texas does not get a generic PDF. They get the Texas Playbook. California gets the California Playbook. Florida gets the Florida Playbook. Georgia gets the Georgia Playbook. Missouri gets the Missouri Playbook. Arizona gets the Arizona Playbook. New Hampshire gets the New Hampshire Playbook. New Mexico gets the New Mexico Playbook. North Dakota — one area code, 701, the whole state — gets the North Dakota Playbook.

The map keeps filling. Illinois, Massachusetts, and the rest of the fifty are on the same shelf at telejusticepro.com/collections/books.

What is inside every Playbook is the unglamorous work that actually matters: how to put rotating numbers on one contact card, how to screenshot the spoof, how to marshal facts without writing a novel, how District Court or Superior Court actually takes a filing, how service works, how discovery forces the company to talk, and what a judgment is worth if you never collect it.

Decline is not a record. Blocking is not a lawsuit. The Playbook is the file.

Series Two — Consumer Justice (the ad that was a lie)

The second series exists because the call is only half the racket.

Sometimes there is no robocall. There is a beautiful product page, a “limited time” banner, a subscription that will not die, a warranty that was never real, a fee that appeared after the click. That is a different statute and a different book.

Series Two is Consumer Justice — state-specific DIY guides to unfair and deceptive trade practices.

Missouri is the flagship of that line: MMPA Justice: The Missouri Playbook, built on the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act. California is California Consumer Justice — CLRA, Unfair Competition Law, False Advertising Law. Texas is Texas Consumer Justice and the DTPA’s 60-day notice. Florida is Florida Consumer Justice under FDUTPA. Georgia is Georgia Consumer Justice under the Fair Business Practices Act and the 30-day demand that starts the private clock.

Same author. Same voice. Different villain. The Playbook series is the ringing phone. Consumer Justice is the receipt that does not match the ad.

If you only remember one sentence from this article, remember that. Do not mix the creatives. Do not send a Georgia FBPA reader to a 404 spoof ad. Buy the book that matches the harm.

Why this is a library, not a pamphlet

Anybody can publish “how to sue.” Almost nobody will sit down and write North Dakota and New Mexico and New Hampshire as separate instruments, then stand up a second 50-state series for the sale that follows the pitch.

That is the history I am making. Not a viral rant. A shelf.

The RoboCall Relief Store is the storefront — paperbacks, digital editions, the full collection. TeleJustice Academy is the classroom: state playbooks, quarterly law updates, an encrypted evidence vault, templates, and webinars. The line on both sites is the same: Stop the calls. Get paid. Become a TeleJustice Warrior. The line that matters more is mine:

Knowledge Protects. You Decide.

I put the statute in English. I put the template in the chapter. I put the disclaimer on the first pages and I mean it. TeleJustice Academy, LLC is not a law firm. I am not your attorney. No book creates an attorney-client relationship. Outcomes are never guaranteed. Laws and local rules change. Before anyone drafts, serves, or files, they should have a licensed attorney in that state review the papers. If they cannot afford counsel, they use legal aid or the No Call Attorney directory inside the Academy profile. The book is the education. The decision is theirs.

That is not a hedge. That is the product.

How a reader actually uses this

If the phone keeps ringing with a “local” number that is not local, open Series One. Start with RoboCall Justice (Enhanced Edition), then buy the Playbook for your state from the collection.

If the ad was a lie, open Series Two. Missouri starts at MMPA Justice. California, Texas, Florida, and Georgia are linked above. More states are coming in the order the complaints already told us to write them.

Then go to TeleJustice Academy, make the file, and decide.

I have spent four decades in complex litigation watching ordinary people get talked out of their own evidence. I built the opposite of that meeting. No marble. No retainer speech. A book, a statute, a kitchen table, and a choice.

The calls are not weather. The fine print is not fate. The library is open.
